The Menus Features and Menus
signalled on different tele-
phones. Switching between
these time groups can be done
manually or automatically, in
this case according to a time-
table configured by the system
administrator.
Select Automatic to activate au-
tomatic time control. The config-
ured time groups then change
automatically according to the
timetable configured by the sys-
tem administrator. This setting
remains active until one of the
available time groups is set
manually.
The system administrator can
configure up to ten time groups.
The time groups are either num-
bered (default setting) or they
have been given names by the
system administrator. You can
manually select a specific time
group; the automatic time con-
trol is then deactivated.
Note: Any “Divert MSN” always re-
mains in effect, regardless of the
currently active time group.
■ Date/Time: The date and time
are taken over from the ex-
change on the first external out-
going call. If this information is
not transmitted by your network
operator, you can set the date
and time here yourself.
