Call flow examples
Example 1 - Advanced ANI routing
The advanced ANI routing example shows a basic call flow that routes calls based on the phone
number dialed by the customer when trying to contact your company. Incoming calls are
answered and, based on configured telephone routing rules, routed to the sales department in
the incoming call's country of origin.
