Overview
Employee Portal is an optional application included with the Workforce Scheduling license.
Employee Portal is an online scheduling tool that employees can use to make scheduling
requests, such as trading or taking other’s shifts and requesting schedule changes and time
off. Supervisors can use Employee Portal to view employee scheduling requests and perform
what-if scenarios to understand the impact of approving or denying these requests. Once a
supervisor has approved or denied a request, the schedule is automatically updated. Employee
access to specific areas of Employee Portal is controlled by YourSite Security options.
