Directory Drop-Down Menu

When you select the Directory drop-down menu, the following screen appears. The options on

this menu are also available by right clicking over the Directory List. Some options are available

as buttons at the bottom of the Directory List. For more details on how to handle calls, see

reference pages listed in the table below.

The directory has the following common options:

-- Adjusts the volume level on your phone.

-- Allows you to change the appearance of the directory list.

Call Places a call to the selected directory entry. 59

Voice Mail Calls the voice mailbox of the selected entry. If no entry is

selected, it calls the general delivery mailbox.

Message Leaves a silent message indication at the selected station. 64

Set DND Enables or disables do-not-disturb mode for the selected sta-

tion.

Set Forward Enables or disables call forwarding for the selected station. 34

Hide Entry Hides the selected entry (cannot be used on custom entries). 34

Custom Entry Allows you to add, edit, or remove custom entries. 35

Properties Allows a System Administrator to configure directory entry prop-

erties.
