6. Troubleshooting Tip 4 of 8: Follow the instructions on this page and verify that the
Base Server and PS-1 use the same connection port number using the Diagnostics
Management Utility (DMU).
For information about checking the port using the DMU, click Details. The following
dialog box appears. Click OK.
7. Click Update Connection Status to check the connection status. If the status continues
to show Disconnected, click Next.
