5600 servers:
• SSH (Secure SHell) fields
• Web Server fields
• PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) IP Address
• Listening port
• Connection Address and Connection Port fields specify the IP address and port
number that are used to connect the CS-5600 Base Server and Processing Server.
The default address is 192.168.200.201 and the default port is 3400.
Changes to these fields update both the Base Server and Processing Server settings in
the database. For more information about these fields, see the Configuration Wizard
Help.
3. Click Next. The IP Device Setup page appears. Continue to “Programming IP Devices”
next.
Programming IP Devices
To program the IP Devices Setup page, perform the following general steps, even though
different IP devices may require different specific details. Specific procedures for each type of IP
device follow the general procedure.
1. Right-click in the IP Devices pane and then click the Create IP Device button to add IP
devices. The Batch Change Type window appears on top. The IP Devices page of the
Configuration Wizard now allows both Mitel and Inter-Tel IP endpoints configuration.
2. Create the IP devices required for the system, each with its own unique Medium Access
Control (MAC) address or other required identifier, and then click OK. The IP Device
Setup page reappears.
3. When finished setting up IP devices, click Next on the IP Device Setup page. The
Expansion Module Installation page appears. See page 6-80. See the pages that follow
to continue programming devices.
NOTE
The Connection Address and Connection Port fields apply only to
Mitel CS-5600 systems. The options are dimmed if the system is a
Mitel CS-5200 or CS-5400.
