Viewing the Current License
To determine the system type and features available with the software license:
1. Select About Inter-Tel Software License from the Help menu in DB Programming. A
window similar to the following one appears.
The About~ window displays the software license information summarized in Table 6-16, “About
Window Description,” on page 6-57. Up to 1024 licenses may be purchased for IP Networking.
2. Click OK when finished to exit this screen.

Whether the license is valid or invalid.
The unique license number assigned by Mitel.
The person who created the license.
The date and time the software license was created. This is displayed in
the MMM DD, YYYY (HH:MM:SS) format.

• IP Gateway Trunk Licenses in

• IP Networking Licenses in Use
• PRI Licenses in Use
• Additional T1/E1/PRI Port
License in Use
The number of IP endpoints currently programmed and the maximum
number of physical devices supported. This is in the format XX of YY where
XX is the number of devices currently programmed and YY is the maximum
number of devices supported.
Endpoints that use IP only, such as the Model 8660 and IP PhonePlus, do
not require a license and are not reflected in the IP Endpoint Licenses in
Use field.
Up to 1024 licenses may be purchased for IP Networking.
Software License Features Whether the indicated software license feature is supported (Yes or No).
