Uninstall a Module
Do the following:
1. Locate the Module you want to uninstall, from the Mitel 5000 view. All module items must
display “None.” See page 6-50 for information on removing devices from a module.
2. Right-click the module and select Uninstalled, as shown in the following example.
Uninstalled does not appear as a selection if “None” does not appear for all items within
the module.
Replace a Used IP Device with an Unused IP Device
At the very beginning of a database conversion from Inter-Tel Axxess to Mitel 5000, IP devices
are automatically moved from Inter-Tel Axxess to the Mitel 5000 database. Any Inter-Tel Axxess
IP devices that do not fit into the Mitel 5000 platform are stored in the Unused IP Devices folder
in the Inter-Tel Axxess view. This will only occur if the IP devices limit is reached in the Mitel
5000 view. You can replace a converted Inter-Tel Axxess device with one that did not get
converted, but first you must delete the converted device.
