7. Click Finish. The following prompt appears.
Any cards, ports, and/or devices left showing in the Inter-Tel Axxess view are not
included in the destination Mitel 5000 database.
8. Click Yes to complete the conversion. When the conversion completes, the following
prompt appears.
9. Click any of the following:
Save Log: If a log file was created during the conversion, this button is available;
otherwise, it is dimmed. Use the suggested filename which is created with the
destination database pathname. A log file is always created for an Inter-Tel Axxess
to Mitel 5000 conversion, but for a Mitel 5000 to Mitel 5000 conversion, a log file is
created only if errors occurred. You cannot save the log file in the same location in
which it resides. The prompt above stays open until you click OK. Read the
Important note above.
View Log: If a log file was created during the conversion, this button is available;
otherwise, it is dimmed. A log file is always created for an Inter-Tel Axxess to Mitel
5000 conversion, but for a Mitel 5000 to Mitel 5000 conversion, a log is created
only if errors occurred. See page 6-43 for information on the log file. The prompt
above stays open until you click OK. Read the Important note above.
OK: You return to the Database Conversion Utility.
IMPORTANT
Throughout the conversion process, the original Inter-Tel Axxess
database is not changed in any way either before, during, or after the
conversion.
IMPORTANT
Only the log file for the latest Inter-Tel Axxess to Mitel 5000
conversion is accessible from this form. Save the log file for each
conversion for future reference. This is the only opportunity you have
to save the log file.
