Drag/Drop Mitel 5000 T1/E1/PRI Ports
Mitel 5000 T1/E1/PRI ports can be dragged and dropped within the Mitel 5000 system, as
shown below.
The following drag and drop locations in the Data Form Mitel 5000 view are supported for Mitel
5000 T1/E1/PRI ports:
Another T1/E1/PRI or dual T1/E1/PRI module (page 6-38)
Another T1/E1/PRI port location (page 6-38)

To Another T1/E1/PRI or Dual T1/E1/PRI Module
Any installed T1/E1/PRI port can be dragged and dropped onto another T1/E1/PRI or Dual T1/
E1/PRI module, provided that there is any empty port on that module. If two ports are selected
together, the drag will be allowed if at least one port is open on the destination modulebut
only the one port will be moved. If two ports are open, both ports will be moved.
The port(s) will be placed in the first open location(s) on the destination module, and all devices
on the ports are moved along with the ports.
To Another T1/E1/PRI Port Location
Any installed T1/E1/PRI port can be dragged and dropped onto another T1/E1/PRI port location,
whether it is empty or not. If not empty, the ports are swapped. If empty, the port is moved. All
devices on the port(s) are moved/swapped with the port(s).
Multiple selection is not allowed for this operation.
