Conversion Requirements and Considerations
Table 6-12 provides any database conversion requirements and notes to consider before
converting an Inter-Tel Axxess database to a Mitel 5000 database.

Downgrading a database Only conversions from a prior version of the
Mitel 5000 to a subsequent version of the
Mitel 5000 (and/or from a smaller system type
to a larger system type) is supported. This
does not apply for Inter-Tel Axxess to Mitel
5000 conversions because any supported
Inter-Tel Axxess version may be converted to
any supported version of the Mitel 5000, as
specified above.
Inter-Tel Axxess supported cards, devices,
and system types
For the device types not supported, the
conversion utility will allow simple conversion
of the device to a device type supported by
the Mitel 5000. Not all unsupported devices
will be converted. In some cases, the device
must be left behind or replaced by a new,
supported device type.
Conversion of trunk devices from a Digital
Keyset Card to IP
