Mitel

5000 Installation Manual – Issue 3.0, October 2008 Page 6-23
o You can move ports between positions on T1/E1/PRI and Dual T1/E1/PRI modules
(multiple selection is allowed if the ports are on the same module).
o You can move circuits between the ports and other module types, provided the circuits
are allowed on those ports/modules.
With v2.0 databases:
• The Inter-Tel CS-5600 option appears in the Destination System drop-down list. The
Destination Version drop-down option is dimmed initially until you have entered a source
file and whenever the source file is being changed. The options provided in both the
Destination Version and Destination System will be reset. You must re-select the desired
Destination Version and System if the defaults are not the correct ones.
• The Maximum Simultaneous Fax over IP (FoIP) calls supported is 6, and DB Converter
converts to 6 any FoIP maximums greater than 6.
When converting a database to v1.2:
• The Database Converter program enables Call Logging for all existing digital and IP
endpoints. Also, the meta-values “Off-Node Devices” and “Remote Nodes” will change to
15000 and 98, respectively.
• The Database Converter program checks the voice mail type of the original database. If
the voice mail type is anything other than Basic Voice Mail, the resources allocated to
BVM in the converted database are changed to 0. If the original database indicates the
system used BVM, the default value of 4 allocated resources for BVM remains unchanged
in the converted database.
