GETTING STARTED
Redirect Call
The Redirect Call feature allows you to forward any call that is ringing on your end-
point without having to answer the call.
NOTE: You cannot redirect calls to an extension that is in DND or to a restricted out-
side number.
To redirect a call to an extension number:
1. Press and dial .
2. Dial the extension number.
To redirect a call to an outside telephone number:
1. Press and dial .
2. Enter the outside telephone number.
3. Press .
REDIALING A NUMBER
The Redial feature allows you to quickly redial the last outside number you dialed.
Although most endpoints redial the last number dialed, your system administrator can
program your endpoint to redial the last number saved.
To use the Last Number Dialed feature (if enabled):
With or without the handset lifted, press . A line is selected automatically, and
the number is dialed.
To use the Last Number Saved feature (if enabled):
• To save the last number dialed: While the endpoint is idle or while listening to
intercom dial tone, press .
• To redial the saved number: After selecting a line, press . The number is
dialed automatically.
