ACD Auto-Available Timer Settings

Applicable to the 6865i, 6867i, and 6869i IP Phones only.

Description Enables or disables the use of the ACD Auto-Available Timer.
Format Boolean
Default Value 0 (disabled)
Range 0 (disabled)
1 (enabled)
Example acd auto available: 1

Description Specifies the length of time, in seconds, before the IP phone status switches back to “avail-
able.”
Format Integer
Default Value 60 (seconds)
Range 0 to 120 (seconds)
