DESCRIPTION Indicates the delay (in seconds) between the target ringing and the ring
splash played when the
“...keyN ring splash” parameter is set to a “delayed”
alerting pattern.
Note: If defined as “0”, the ring splash is played immediately.

Note: If defined as “0”, the ring splash alerting pattern is treated as Normal
or Normal - delayed.
