Message Icons
There are seven message icons used to represent information about each message
in the Inbox.
Icon Name Function
Voice Indicates a voice message that you
have not listened to
Voice Indicates a voice message that you
have listened to
E-mail Indicates an e-mail that you have not
read
E-mail Indicates an e-mail that you have read
Fax Indicates a fax message
Importance Indicates the importance of the
message
Private / Certified Indicates that the message cannot be
forwarded to another user. The icon
also indicates that you will receive a
message in your Inbox when the
recipient has listened to your voice
message.
