attached, the maximum performance may only be obtained by using the ICP as a group
controller in conjunction with other units providing functions such as TDM gateways and voice
mail services.
Normal operation is within the P.99 region. The system may be pushed into the P.95 region,
for short duration, for example during a resilient failover condition. However, certain call
parameters, such as delay to dial tone, may be extended beyond the normal expected timings.
Operation beyond P.95 is not recommended.
The 5235, 5330, 5340 IP Phones and Navigator are classified as high-end display sets (blue
section). Note that all of the smaller systems will also have a corresponding reduction in capacity
(approximately 40%) when using these new sets. Use of the System Engineering Tool is strongly
recommended when configuring any system with a large number of high-end display sets.
