What's New in Release 6.4
Release 6.4 contains the following new features and feature enhancements:
Call Waiting Tone
Call Waiting Tone (CWT) provides an audible reminder to subscribers alerting them that
a call is waiting to be answered on another line appearance. See Call Waiting Tone.
Contact List Import Enhancements
Subscribers can now manage their own personal contacts, including adding, editing, and
importing. Users can import contact lists through CSV and synching through Google.

IE Support
silhouette now supports Internet Explorer version 8, 10 and 11.
My Call Handling
Subscribers now have the ability to configure DND and call forwarding via webadminn to
one of four currently supported options: Auto-Attendant, Co-Worker, Another Number, or
Call Coverage. See My Call Handling.
N-Way Calling
silhouette now has the ability to dynamically add more than 3 users to a conference call.

User PIN Strength Enforcement
This feature allows Service Providers to restrict PINs to non-consecutive and non-
repetitive numbers, in order to prevent easily guessed PINs such as “111111” or
“123456”. See Change PIN.
