Introduction
This document is a reference guide for the administration of the phone system. It describes
how to customize your phone system features to suit your business.
The administration of the phone system is completed through a web administration interface
that enables you to make changes such as:
• Adding and editing call permission profiles
• Adding and editing phone key profiles
• Configuring an auto attendant
• Configuring incoming call routing
• Adding and editing call groups and their information
• Customizing your phone system
• This information is also accessible online in the web administration interface by select-
ing the Help button at the top or bottom of any page. Context sensitive help is available
by selecting the icon on any page.
