4. With Left/ Right Softkeys selected, press the Select softkey.
5. Using up or down navigation keys, navigate to the desired soft key.
6. Using the down navigation key, navigate to Dial Number/ Mobile Link.
7. Use the left or right navigation key to select Call Appearance.
8. Press the Save soft key.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 to program another key.
10. To return to the Options menu, press the Exit soft key.
Restart
You may want to restart your phone to check for updates on the server, or you may occasionally
need to restart your phone for phone configuration changes or network settings to take effect. You
may also need to restart your phone if you have been asked to do so by your Mitel administrator or
should you experience any unexpected behavior.
Restarting Your Phone
1. Press .
2. Enter your voicemail password, and press the Enter softkey.
The User Settings menu opens.
3. Navigate to the Restart option and press the select button or press the Select softkey.
4. When the Restart Phone? prompt appears, navigate to Yes and press the select button.
If you do not wish to restart your phone, press Cancel or No.
Note: Your phone goes out of service temporarily during the restart and reboot process.
