Deleting A Call From The Call History
1. Press .
2. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll through the history list and navigate to the contact
to be deleted.
3. Press the Delete softkey.
4. When prompted press the Delete softkey.
The call is removed from the call history.
Interacting With Calls
This section describes the following ways to interact with calls:
• Placing a call on hold or off hold
• Diverting an incoming call to voicemail
• Transferring a call
• Parking and unparking calls
• Picking up an incoming call for another extension
Placing A Call On Hold Or Off Hold
• To place an active call on hold, press .
The screen displays the icon indicating the call is on hold. Additionally, the line/call appearance
light begins to flash slowly and after a short time, the phone beeps softly to remind you that you still
have a call on hold.
• To take a call off hold, do either of the following:
- Press .
- Press the Pickup softkey.
If your phone is on hook while a call is on hold, you hear a reminder ring in 10 seconds and then at
one-minute intervals while any call remains on hold.
Note: To close the call history, press or press the Quit softkey.
