LAN Flashing — LAN activity.

ON Green Message link open to the system.
OFF — Message link not open to the system.
OR
With L0/L1 LEDs marching:
downloading.
ST (Status) ON — Card is booting. OR
Card is not operating.
Flashing — Operational (flashes in 0.5 seconds
intervals).
OFF — Not operational.
