2.2.9 Inverter Board
Disassembly
1. Remove the battery, keyboard, hard disk drive, CD/DVD-ROM drive and LCD assembly. (Refer to section 2.2.1,
2.2.2, 2.2.4, 2.2.5 and 2.2.8 Disassembly)
2. Remove the two rubber pads and two screws on the corners of the panel. (Figure 2-28)
3. Insert a flat screwdriver to the lower part of the LCD cover and gently pry the frame out. Repeat the process until
the cover is completely separated from the housing.
4. Remove the two screws fastening the inverter board. (Figure 2-29)
