HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE ON YOUR MISTRAL 1000 OR 2000 CENTRIFUGE
MSE is committed to giving our customers the best possible service. If your centrifuge should require
service at any time please follow these procedures: -

In order to give the best possible customer service, all repairs are to be carried out at the repair center
in Dearborn, Michigan. This system guarantees your instrument will be repaired and sent out within one
working day of being received. In addition, not only will we fix the fault, we will also give your centrifuge
a thorough preventive maintenance check and change the brushes all within 24 hours.
If for any reason your centrifuge cannot be repaired and despatched within 24 hours we will send you a
loaner instrument at our cost until your own can be repaired.
Note that all on-site repairs will be charged for travel and labour. MSE will provide warranty part
replacements free of charge.
