Dummy Door Lock Installation
Dummy Knobs and Levers are generally used on Closet or Pantry Doors where the door is held
Closed by a 1) Ball Catch, 2) Magnetic Catch or 3) Tension Catch.
Generally Handles are Located centered 36” Above the Floor
Centered 2-3/8” in from Door edge
Check other interior doors in your house to ensure consistency.
Double doors extra care should be taken to ensure that the Left
and Right-Hand doors are hung evenly

Step 1 : Locate the Handle Position
Hold Lock with Screw Holes Level and screw onto Door.
In Hard woods and Masonite pilot holes should be drilled
Note: Shaped Levers Such as waves and Scrolls are not reversable
and must be Purchased Left or Right-Handed
Step 2 : Install Lock
