Instructions / Assembly

Before assembly, check and make sure all parts and hardware
mentioned in this manual are included in this package.
NOTE: Do not completely tighten the screws until the assembly is
complete. For easier assembly, we recommend two people to assemble
this project. Unpack and lay out all components. Use the shipping carton
STEP 1
1. Turn the cart bed (1) upside down on the shipping carton.
2. Turn the front axle support (3) to line up with the holes on the bed (1)
and secure it to the bed with hex nut (15) and washer (12).
3. Assemble the steering link connector (19) on the front axle support
(3) with hex nut (15), bolt (10) and washer (12). Do not fully tighten.
4. Slide the wheel (7) onto the front axle support (3), with the valve
stem facing out and secure it using washer (14), and the lock nut (17),
then fully tighten.
5. Mount the yoke (5) onto the front axle support (3) as shown in Fig 1.
Put the short leg of the yoke (5) onto the center stud of the front axle
support (3). Use lock pin (9) and washer (13) to fasten it. The long
side mounts to the front axle support (3) and steering link connector
with bolt (10), washer (12) and hex nut (15).

This cart is designed to carry goods, DO NOT use it as personal
transportation.
Always block all four wheels when loading or unloading the wagon on
an incline.
Keep parts and screws out of the reach of children.
