Instructions / Assembly
Step 4:
Connect three pieces of front axle assembly (S+I ) together using carriage bolt (D), flat washer (N), lock washer (O),
grooved hex nut (M) and cotter pin (G). Grooved hex nut needs to only be "finger tight", if over tightened the axle
assembly will not turn properly. The cotter pin inserted through the carriage bolt will keep hex nut from backing off the
bolt.
Step 5:
Connect entire front axle assembly (S) to the wagon tray (P) using bolts (A), flat washer (H), lock washer (J), and hex
nuts (K). Tighten bolts with phillips screwdriver and crescent wrench.
Step 6:
Attaches tires (Q) to rear axle assembly (T) using cotter pins (G ), large flat washers (E) and axle caps (F). First slide
tire on to the axle. Next slide large flat washer onto the axle. Then insert cotter pin and bend ends out to keep it
secured in place. Lastly, insert red axle cap into end of axle. Repeat this process to attach the tires to the front axle
assembly.
