Programming

Deleting Records

To delete a record, you must be in Programming Mode. Refer to Entering Programming Mode on page 2 for

instructions.

You have successfully deleted the record. The display now returns to the residents list.

•To delete another record repeat step 2.

•To exit Delete Record mode, press to return to the programming menu.

Step 1: Enter “Delete Record” mode

1. Press (scroll up) or (scroll down) to

find “Delete record”.

2. Press when the arrow is pointed beside

“Delete Record”. The display enters Delete

Record mode.

Step 2: Select record

1. Press (scroll up) or (scroll down) to

find the record you want to delete. Note:

Records are listed according to resident dial

code.

2. Press to delete the record.
