Creating Layouts

XEdit Layouts tab with open window
2. Select File|Open from the main menu.
3. Browse to select an existing Layout to open.
The center pane displays the selected layout.
4. Drag and drop the components from the widget libraries onto the Layout, or create custom sized one
by selecting the various Widget buttons in the toolbar.
All available widget libraries display on the left side of your work area.
5. Click File|Save or the Save tab in the XEdit application toolbar.
Changes to the layout are saved.
Assigning a Channel to Widgets
To assign channels to widgets:
1. Select the Layouts tab from the XEdit main window.
The Layouts tab appears.
