Note! The Dual 2D DVE mode can only be licensed if the AB Mixer
option is installed.
Play Forward
Plays the selected DVE sequence.
Play Backward
Plays the selected DVE sequence in reverse.
Select Sequence
Using the arrow control keys ⊳  select the appropriate DVE sequence
between 0 – 99. Press the enter key to accept the value.
Video and embedded audio delay through the DVEs
The DVE delay is exactly 2 interlaced fields or 2 progressive frames. For
59.94Hz standards the delay is 2/59.94 s and for 50Hz standards the delay is
2/50 s.
The embedded data in the DVE input stream is also delayed by the card
whilst the video is resized. These delays are on the A and B input paths of the
DVE card.
If the DVE is not required for that channel it can be completely taken out of
circuit by setting the DVE mode to bypass. This will remove the delay
completely.
DVE Mode
4 DVE modes can be selected altering the video path within the system.
Bypass
DVE mode out of circuit (bypassed) therefore no video frame delay added.
