Timing delay through the Imagestore HDTV
Refer to the Dual 2D DVE section if the DVE is installed.
The delay through the unit can be up to 1 HD line. This consists of the input
line FIFO depth plus a video processing delay of around 1us. The exact data
delay depends on the adjustment of the reference timing.
Each HD-SDI input has a one line input FIFO. These FIFOs are timed so that
the active picture data from all sources is synchronised prior to video
processing.
Serial Comms Setup
This sets the baud rate and protocol for each of the 3 communication ports on
the rear panel.
The protocol can be set for Automation, Presmaster, Easysound, Intuition
installations or either of the 2 EAS units.
Presmaster
If the Imagestore HDTV is being controlled by a Presmaster system then the
connected port must be set to Presmaster.
Easysound
If an Easysound Standalone unit is connected to the Imagestore HDTV then
the connected port must be set to Easysound.
Intuition
If an Intuition unit is connected to the Imagestore HDTV then the connected
port must be set to Intuition.
EAS
If either of the 2 supported EAS units are connected to the Imagestore HDTV
set the port to:
• ENDEC Model 1822, or
• TFT EAS 911T
respectively.
