Imagestore HDTV connections
To connect an Easysound Standalone to an Imagestore HDTV use a RS422
lead wired as follows.
Imagestore HDTV ESSA
Pin1 GND Pin 5 GND
Pin 8 TX- Pin 1 TX-
Pin 7 RX+ Pin 3 RX+
Pin 3 TX+ Pin 2 TX+
Pin 2 RX- Pin 4 RX-
Connect the lead to the ‘RS422(B)’ port on the rear panel of the Imagestore
HDTV. Refer to the Imagestore HDTV User Manual to configure the port.
Presmaster can be connected directly to the Imagestore HDTV, which will
forward all the appropriate automation commands (Y0, Y8 and all j
commands) to the ESSA.
