What is the estimated time to seal a new
installation including prep and clean-up for a
100 square foot room?
With a new installation just using one of our sealants as a grout
release before grouting will save up to 50% in labor with grout
clean up after grouting. With proper prep for surrounding areas
it should take no more than 2 or 3 hours to do 100 square feet.
What is a grout release?
A grout release is a product applied to the surface of the stone
or tile before grouting. This step keeps the grout dye from
penetrating into the surface and allows faster grout clean up.
All 511 Products and Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer will work as a
grout release when used properly.
What product is used/recommended to protect
sanded and non-sanded grout?
During a new installation, use Miracle Grout Shield New &
Improved in place of water for improved strength and stain
resistance. For existing installations, use Miracle 511 Sealers.
What products will clean my counter tops
and bathrooms?
Miracle Tile & Stone Cleaner, Counter Kleen, Miracle
Heavy-Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute) or Granite & Marble
Clean & Polish.
How do I apply the product?
A QR Code on each product label has a 45 - 60 second
how-to video and direct link to our technical support.
What applicators are needed for applying sealants?
Miracle Sealants Applicator and Tray.
