STEP 1:

- Locate the MIP Diff Screw and slide the Diff

Tube, Diff Spring, & Thrust Washer over the

threads as shown.

- Apply a generous amount of MIP Grease onto

the top side of the Thrust Washer.

Note:

* The supplied MIP Grease is a general purpose

moly lube. Apply a generous amount to ensure

all the 1/16" Balls are coated well! The lube will

also help hold the parts in place until Step 2.

- Position the 7 (1/16") Balls onto the Thrust

Washer evenly.

- Slide the Thrust Retainer, Nose side away from

the Balls, and rotate slowly to "Seat" the Balls

into the groove.

STEP 2:

- Carefully insert the Thrust Assembly into

the Male Outdrive as shown. The Nose of

the Thrust Washer will align into the Bore of

the Male Outdrive.

- Slide the 5x8x2.5mm Bearing over the Diff

Tube.

- Assemble the Output Shaft to the Male

Outdrive using the three 2-56 x 1/8th Cap

Screws.

Note

* As you tighten the 2-56 Cap Screws, the

spring tension will hold the assembly

together. Tighten the Screws in a circular

pattern about 1 turn at a time to ensure the

threads do not get crossed!

□ STEP 3: - Locate the Female Outdrive and insert the TNut into the Bore as shown. Be sure to Align the flats and press the T-Nut firmly into position. - Apply a small amount of "Clear" Silicone Grease to the face of the Female Outdrive as shown and install the Diff Ring. Note: * The "Clear" Silicone Grease is used on the 3/32" Balls, Rings, & inner face of Outdrives Only. Silicone is slightly abrasive helping the diff to run smooth and not slip during use.
