5. Disconnect the battery:

For 700VA and 1000VA models, disconnect the batteries and UPS by

loosening the connectors.

For 1400VA model, disconnect the batteries and UPS by pulling apart

the two couplers that are connected together.

6. Connect the new battery:

For 700VA and 1000VA models, connect positive (+) connectors (RED-

RED) and negative (-) connectors (BLACK-BLACK) together.

For 1400VA model, connect the two connected couplers on battery

and UPS together.

7. Re-assemble the UPS as shown above.
