L1 L2 208 ± 21 VAC

At the 208/120 VAC 3ø distribution panel
#1, reset breaker hotel power #1 UPS.
At the power room, reset hotel power UPS.
Replace PRM hotel power #1 UPS

Replace hotel #1 boost transformer
