Using the Status Display

To expand the size of the Status Display
On the
Setup
menu, click
Expand
.
• The bottom part of the expanded Status Display shows the printer
status in graphic form. The graphic shows the location of the
problem, and even changes to reflect the installation of options.
• To return the Status Display to its normal (unexpanded) size,
click the
Setup
menu’s
Reduce
command.
