Using the Status Display

Using the Status Display
Procedures for using the Status Display are the same regardless of
whether you are running it under Windows 95 or Windows 3.1.
• The status message area reports the current status of the printer.
• The description/advice area gives further details about the status
message. If an error is being reported, this area gives you advice
about what you need to do to correct it.
• Click
Close
when you want to close the Status Display window.
To exit the Status Display, use the
Exit
command from the setup
menu.
• Click
Help
to display online help about the Status Display.
