(3) Manual Exposure Control

When either one of the Exposure Control Keys (Lighter or Darker) on the
Touch Panel is touched, it sets the copier into the Manual Exposure mode.
In this mode, the copier permits the user to vary the Lamp voltage (i.e., the
exposure level) in nine different steps.
<Operation/Control>
The exposure level data is sent from the control panel to PWB-A via MSC
Board PWB-B.
PWB-A converts the exposure level data to a pulse signal and outputs it to
PU5.
Control by Master Board PWB-A
According to the input pulse signal, PU5 sets the Lamp voltage (variable in
nine steps).
