When the current toner-to-carrier ratio is 2% lower than
the "T/C control level set by AIDC Sensor control" and the
Add Toner Indicator is not lit on the control panel, a toner
replenishing sequence is carried out (M15 is turned); the
toner- to-carrier ratio does not increase by 2% within 220
seconds.
