When the Access # is set by the administrator for each account, the number of copy cycles per
account is monitored. (A simple form of the D-102 function is provided.)

<Setting Procedure>
1. Select "ON" and press the "Enter" Key.
2. Press the ▼ / ▲ key to access the Account # to be administrated. (Max. 26 accounts)
3. Press the Access # key and register the access number corresponding to the above Account #
from the 10-key pad. (Max. 4 digits)
Note: If the access number has been changed or the number entered is wrong, press the Clear Key
to clear the number and re-enter.
4. Press the "Enter" Key to enter the access number.
Note: When a copy is to be made after the access number has been entered, the access number
must be entered and the Access # Key pressed to enter the copy mode.
