Change the Cleaning
Blade.

foreign matter, etc.? YES
Clean or replace the PC
Drum. Replace the Clean-
ing Blade if necessary.

Clean or replace the PC

Clean the Sleeve Roller.
Check the Developer Scat-
tering Prevention Seal to
see if it is deformed or dirty.
