EXT IMAGE PROCESSING
Images of artwork taken with an angle can be straightened using the perspective-control
function. It is effective when the picture-taking angle is within 45° from perpendicular.
Perspective control may not be effective with images that use exposure or color-saturation
compensation, or incorrect white balance. Uneven illumination, reflections, or overexpo-
sure with flash or other light sources may also prevent the function from being effective.
1. Check the perspective-control check box.
2. Adjust the rubber band so that it lines up with the horizontal and vertical image ele-
ments. Click and drag on the black squares at the corner of the rubber band to adjust
the shape. The area outside the rubber band will be deleted when processing is
applied
