Saving an image
Save
Save
To save an image file overwriting the original file, click the save button on the tool bar, or
select the save option from the file menu. When the save command is used with an exist-
ing image file, a warning to replace the file will appear. Click the OK button to save
changes to the file.
Save as
To save an image file in a different name or different folder, select the save-as option from
the file menu.
In the save-as window, specify
the location where you wish to
save the file, enter the file
name, and select the file type.
Click the save button to com-
plete the operation.
When saving JPEG files, the
compression rate can be
adjusted.
