*1 Drum cleaning
Two cleaning blades are installed in the cleaning
section. When the blade motor (M14) rotates, the
blade release arm is pressed down. At the same
time, the cleaning blade drive shaft with two
cleaning blades 1 and 2 is turned by the wire
wound around the shaft, thereby switching
between blades 1 and 2 automatically, increas-
ing the usable life of the blades.
*2 Toner collection
Toner removed by the cleaning blade is collected
by the toner guide brush to be reused.
