6. Selecting the Original Copy Type
Making Copies

Some Precautions for Making Copies
• Place the open book so that its top edge is at the rear of the machine and the center of the book is
aligned with the Book Marker indicated on the Original Length Scale.
• Make copies in descending order of page.
• Select the desired zoom ratio and paper size.
• When 2in1, 4in1, or Booklet function is selected, the machine automatically selects a default zoom
ratio. You can, however, choose another zoom ratio by changing the User’s Choice setting.
