SCAN TO E-MAIL
1) Enter the IP address of the machine into the address bar of Internet Explorer
and press Go
2) Login to Admin Mode using the password of: sysadm
3) Click on the Network tab at the top
4) Click on SMTP & POP3 Configuration on the left
5) Enter in the IP address of the SMTP Server, the Default Subject, the Sender
Name, and e-mail address (this does not have to be a real e-mail address)
6) Click Apply
TO CREATE A SPEED DIAL BUTTON
1) Enter the IP address of the machine into the address bar of Internet Explorer
and press Go
2) Login to Admin Mode using the password of: sysadm
3) Click on the Fax tab at the top of the screen
4) On the left of the screen, click on Speed Dial Setting
5) Click on the Speed Dial number you wish to register. This can range from 001
to 200.
6) Choose E-mail from the drop down list
