Service message
This message indicates a serious fault that can be corrected only by an
authorized service technician. If this message is signalled, turn the printer
off and then on again. If the problem persists, contact your vendor or au-
thorized service provider.
Rapid blinking alternately No media in the tray
specified in the printer
driver.
Load media into the
appropriate tray.
Paper size error Load paper with the
appropriate size into the
paper feed tray.
Waiting for paper to be
loaded into Tray 1 during
manual duplex printing.
Correctly load paper
printed on one side, with
the blank side facing up,
into Tray 1. (Note: You
cannot duplex from the
manual feed tray.)
Off Slow blinking Tray empty Load media into the
appropriate tray.
Off Blinking Media jam Clear the jam and then
continue with the print job.
Off On Top cover is open Close the top cover
Ready indicator
