Enter the dimensions for the custom width and height into the appro-
priate boxes.
G minimum size: 3.0" × 5.0" 76 × 127 mm
G maximum size: 8.5" × 14.0" 216 × 356 mm
2 Specify either inches or centimeters, and then choose OK.
