Large-Capacity Input Feeder
The Large-Capacity Input Feeder (LCIF) holds 3000 sheets and
increases the paper input capacity of the printer to 4500 sheets.
There are two models of the LCIF: one model feeds letter-size paper
and the other model feeds A4 size paper.

Installation Procedure
M WARNING: The LCIF weighs approximately 44 lb. (20 kg). Do not
attempt to lift or move it by yourself.
ACHTUNG! Der LCIF wiegt ca. 20 kg; bitte versuchen Sie niemals,
das Gerät alleine anzuheben oder zu tragen.
1 Unpack the paper feeder, the interface cable, and the paper
feeder support stand, from the box.
a Open the LCIF box.
b Reach into the box and grasp the sides of the foam shipping
blocks.
c Carefully lift the LCIF (including the foam shipping blocks) out
of the box and place it on the floor.
d Remove the foam shipping blocks and plastic cover.
e Open the LCIF door and remove all packing materials inside.
